Hello all: I appreciate and thank you all for the kind words and sentiments. Please understand we are under staffed and diligently working to prepare tasty, fresh, nutritious Pizza & Salads.
I am extremely fortunate to have Ms Carrie, Vitz (Bob), Rodney, Rere, Kenny from the last Vanelli’s staff. And very pleased to have hired a talented crew working the day shifts. “Mitzi, Melissa, Alicia, Sally, Adrianna, Benny are a great addition to our Bistro Team.
Once I’ve hired the complete staff, we will establish permanent hours. As for this coming week, we plan to be open as follows:
Monday – Tuesday 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Wednesday – Thursday 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sunday Closed
As you know or might expect we use fresh veggies, and top quality meats; “We make all our dough from scratch” which takes a minimum 12 hours for the yeast to activate and fully develop the dough so it will raise properly when baked. It takes time to prepare the dough so to give it that great flavor and crust Papa proudly served since 1975.
If I’m able to hire and train a staff for weekend nights, we will open in the evening Friday and Saturday as well. But that is not a promise, just my goal. Hope to see you at lunch… Peace / vOz
